ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

Each SWAS Sport Program provides sport-specific training for their athletes.  These sessions are an adjunct to athlete's regular coaching, and focus on tactical elements, rather than technical.  SWAS Sport Programs are guided by the relevant State Sporting Association and may utilise a mixture of local and state coaches, as well as elite athletes.

The format for each sport’s practical program is developed to service the needs of the specific sport and each athlete while complimenting their training and competition loads, and may vary in delivery style year to year.
