SWAS Golfers recently had their annual Victorian Regional Academys of Sport (VRAS) Supercamp held at Moonah Links Golf Course in Melbourne's east. Golfers from the six regional academies come together for three days of intense coaching from Australias best coaches and finishes it all off with an inter-academy tournament.
SWAS last came home with the trophy alst year, but unfortunately let it slip to Barwon Sports Academy in 2012.
SWAS Golfers learnt from the best of the golfing world with coaches Brooke Salmon, Mark Holland and Richard Cooney giving the atheltes invaluble tips and advice on improving their game.
SWAS would like to thank Program Manager John Snowden and parent helpers Andrew Gill, Steve Ellery, Brian McKinnon and Louise Cameron for helping make the weekend possible.
