Athlete Diaries

SWAS athletes were recently presented with their new Athlete Diaries for 2012. These diaries are a fantastic tool for the athletes to use to documents their goals, feelings, training schedule, planning competitions and events, lifestyle management and also to be able to understand themselves as athletes when they perform best and how they cope under stress.

In the words of ex Olympic athlete Lisa Cuda, she “Wishes this was around when she was competing”. Lisa ran through how to use the diaries with the athletes and hoped that they would take full benefit of them and hoped that they would use these diaries to their advantage.

Any athletes who are yet to receive their diaries, they can be collected at the SWAS office in Warrnambool.
